Napoli Construction provided all labor and materials for this existing building façade “face lift.” We demolished and replaced the existing vestibule, entrance curtain wall concrete and interior finishes adjacent to it. Throughout construction this entrance was kept secure at night and was still used as the customers’ main entrance. We also installed a new doorbell, air curtain, remote latching system and intercom all integrated into the curtain wall system for a clean finish. Completing the project, we furnished and installed interior awnings accenting the company’s ice cream testing facility. Napoli Construction was able to keep this project going after zoning objections by carefully designing and coordinating these features to comply with regulations.
