As a subcontractor to Levy Construction Company, Napoli Construction coordinated design, furnished and erected the 4,000sf pre-engineered metal building to be used as the city’s salt storage facility and summer time trash collection. The unenclosed structure was designed for increased wind load and all steel hot dipped galvanized to resist corrosion.
This project was a hybrid of conventional and pre-engineered structures consisting of 2 additions to an occupied facility. The first was a traditional lean-to type and the second was a single slope structure built on top of the existing roof to allow easier maintenance of their mechanical units.
As design-build, construction managers, Napoli Construction developed the land with the owner in order to provide a new 7,500sf warehouse and office facility.
Napoli Construction provided a complete building evaluation and provided all the necessary pre-engineered building material to renovate this existing 12,000sf building. We also provided new overhead doors to complete the building exterior.
Acting as a subcontractor for ConEdison Solutions, Napoli Construction furnished and installed 651 new energy efficient windows in 37 different, occupied housing units.
The new State Technologies, Inc facility is a 9,000sf pre-engineered metal building that was abandoned on site for 2 years. Napoli Construction evaluated the material, made minor supplements and successfully completed the erection including insulation, overhead doors, aluminum windows and doors and metal windows.
Napoli Construction designed, coordinated, furnished and installed the pre-engineered building portions of this new facility as a subcontractor to Emory Hill and Company. The exterior finishes consist of stone, metal and EFiS and is tied into the rest of the conventionally designed facility.
This warehouse renovation included removal of 580 linear feet of the bottom 6’-0 of old metal panel walls and replaced with masonry block and a new trim package, new wall lighting and personnel doors. The renovation was complete with a custom corporate colored paint job.
Napoli Construction worked closely with the owner on this project as the design-build construction manager. This new “Quanset Hut” type metal building is built on top of masonry walls allowing the needed clear height for a mezzanine. This 2,400sf multiuse facility was fast-tracked for early occupancy.
Napoli Construction worked closely with the end user to relocate an existing wood molding Primer Line from an offsite location to the existing lumber yard. The new location required new electric, gas, sanitary and water service.
Napoli Construction value engineered this maintenance building to be a 100% pre-engineered structure. Designed under tight requirements for large overhead doors without wasted space, our engineers provided what the owner needed in the most cost-effective way possible.
Another concept to construction project, Napoli Construction worked closely with the owner to develop his ideas and then designed and built these two buildings with interior mezzanine and exterior elevated connecting deck. These buildings serve as a service shop and protected storage for a fleet of race cars.
Napoli Construction acted as a subcontractor to provide a 14,395sf retrofit, LEED certified roof to an existing pre-engineered metal building at Philadelphia University. The roof design was provided by Napoli Construction and coordinated with the existing roof structure. In this project, we furnished and installed new purlin supports welded to the existing main frame, and new purlins, bracing, 2 layers of insulation (R38), a Kynar finished standing seam roof, gutters, trim, fascia and soffit. We also provided the building with a new mechanical equipment screen and kept the building watertight for the duration of the install.
As construction managers, Napoli Construction completed this 2,500sf professional office fit-out.
As the general contractor, Napoli Construction worked with the owners to develop their ideas then renovate an old ice hockey rink into a new 36,000sf state-of-the-art indoor wiffel ball facility. This one of a kind project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
This 6000sf masonry and conventional steel addition which accommodates 9 industrial compressors and other heavy equipment was awarded competitively among a field of general contractors. Built safely and quickly, this was another success for the owner and Napoli Construction. The scope of work included site work, concrete, masonry, steel, doors, painting, mechanical and electrical systems.
MHC is a $12 million, 17 acre, mixed-use commercial development having 9 buildings, 8 of which were constructed under Napoli Construction’s management. Building A, 18,000sf medical office; building B, 23,000sf surgery center/medical office; building C, 25,000sf CECO, pre-engineered metal building fitness center with indoor pool; buildings D, E, J, K, 5,000sf office buildings; building G, 22,000sf retail building containing 6 separate units.
Napoli Construction coordinated design, furnished and installed this 9,970sf steel building consisting of a composite roof, floor to eave liner panels and supports for 6 basketball nets. Clear height and member sizing were integral to providing a more open final product.
As the negotiated general contractor, Napoli construction was given accolades for their quality and coordination. The church did not miss services and the scope of the work tripled.
Atlantic County Animal Shelter Renovations
This project is a 3-story, 75,000sf new defense facility housing 3 different Army entities. Napoli Construction was contracted to perform all quality control features for this project. This included preparing the Construction Quality Control Plan and submittal register (with more than 1000 submittals) reviewing and coordinating submittals, performing 3 phase inspections of work in place, heading coordination meetings and preparing daily reports. We were also responsible for overseeing all material and workmanship testing and resolution of any failed tests.
As design-build general contractor on this project, Napoli Construction coordinated the owners needs with a final product consisting of office, manufacturing and warehouse space. This $1.2 million, 15,000sf building contains an explosion proof room and integrates a production flow design to maximize productivity and space. An estimated $130,000 was saved in value engineering.
Design and renovation of an existing warehouse and office space that included demolition of existing walls, finishes and equipment, erecting an 1100 SF extension to the mezzanine to create 4,117sf of 1st and 2nd floor office space.
As design build construction managers, Napoli brought this “moth-balled” project back to life through value engineering and township negotiations. Start to finish, this 8,400SF storage building was completed in four months. Provisions were made for future expansion and or a mezzanine.
This modern office renovation is an expansion of Napoli Construction’s office. It was designed and built by Napoli Construction in under 3 months.
Napoli Construction renovated an existing building into an automotive disassembly facility having 4 lines each with 11 stations. This project proposes to construct 1 of the 4 (Line #3) disassembly lines on the interior of the existing building and the infrastructure for 2 lines (#3 & #4) under the new canopy. The new canopy is a full width, 141’ x 70’long, 3-sided pre-engineered building constructed on the south endwall. It has a finished floor elevation 32” lower than the existing building. Greening operations which remove the fluids from the vehicles will be performed under the canopy. The disassembly lines will carry vehicles through the building on engineered carts which will sit on top of conveyors.
After consulting with the owner and determining the need for a “Show piece office on a budget”, Napoli Construction designed, renovated and furnished 10,000sf of office space for J&J’s Art and Marketing Divisions. Under budget and on schedule, the pictures do all the talking on this one.
As construction managers Napoli Construction added 40,000sf of warehouse space, renovated 3,500sf of office space and added 3,500sf additional office space. This $3.6 million project was phased to allow the business to be fully operational throughout construction. It also included the installation of cold storage space along with a state-of-the-art test kitchen.
Among 8 other General Contractors, Napoli Construction was awarded this contract because of innovative cost saving options and their commercial and industrial experience.
This project was turned over two weeks early and $8000 under budget. Advance Media Group, the owner of more than 30 newspapers now has over 30 work stations, 3 conference rooms and plenty of TVs integrated on a 3x redundant network.
Napoli Construction completed the structural remediation for 4,600sf of retail space at Units A & B in Marlton, NJ. The work included installing over 50 helical piers to support the settled foundation, pouring 130 cubic yards of reinforced slab and sidewalk, as well as a new tapered EPDM Roof System and Storefront.
Napoli Construction was responsible for the design, furnish and erection of this 4,500sf pre-engineered metal building in Bellmawr, NJ.
This was the second completed brewery and tasting room for Napoli Construction located in the City of Woodbury. Napoli Construction was responsible for the design and renovation of a 4,400sf distressed building and coordination of a host of equipment including a 400,000 BTU low pressure steam boiler; 56,000 BTU/HR chiller system, brewhouse, fermenters and walk-in cooler among others.
Napoli Construction was the General Contractor for the expansion of Marino’s Restaurant located in Mullica Hill Commons. The expansion increased their square footage by 1,220 SF, for a total of 3,760 SF with a great new layout and beautiful finishes. The project was completed in 6 weeks with 2 Phases. Phase 1 work proceeded for 3 weeks with the restaurant open and Phase 2 proceeded for 3 weeks with the restaurant closed.
Napoli Construction coordinated design, furnished and installed this 6,598sf maintenance building for Country Fresh Mushrooms. The building was erected complete in less than 3 weeks.
As General Contractor, Napoli Construction provided a turn key project on the $900 thousand dollar, 6,000sf pre-engineered metal building which included an indoor gymnasium and outside basketball courts.
Napoli Construction provided structural steel, insulated panels and the roof stair structure for this 9,400sf addition as a subcontractor to Jones Lang LaSalle Construction.
Working within the owner’s budget, Napoli Construction designed and renovated the interior lobby, conference room and restrooms. Napoli Construction also constructed a new, prominent vestibule entrance.
As a subcontractor to D Fickler Construction, Napoli Construction coordinated design, furnished and erected the 7,600sf pre-engineered metal building with a single sloped roof and a clear height of 18’.
Napoli Construction constructed a 6000sf warehouse addition to Gloucester Plumbing Supply, attached between two1-story block buildings as well as a new 450sf two-position enclosed dock building. The new additions have 12” CMU bearing walls and wood trusses with asphalt shingle roof that match the existing construction type. The additions and existing space were fit out with new and retrofit LED lighting, convenience outlets, overhead doors and personnel doors. The buildings were visually tied together with freshly painted walls with an accent stripe and new soffit and roof trim.
As a subcontractor to D Fickler Construction, Napoli Construction coordinated design, furnished and erected the 22,800sf pre-engineered metal building with a gabled roof and clear height of 26’.
Napoli Construction furnished and installed a new 15’-4” x 14’-6” x 24” high roof curb with all supports included in order to create 21’-10” clearance for new printing equipment. Existing deck height is 19’-11”.
Napoli Construction redesigned and built this 4,500sf building, with 47′ eave. The roof features (3) 21’x19’curbs with removable lids to accommodate the owners steam turbine generator equipment and access, fall arrest and safety rail systems. Our contract also included a 5 Ton Maintenance Crane, the entire buildings mechanical systems, overhead and personnel doors, and a sophisticated design-built lightning protection system as part of the electrical package.
Napoli Construction provided the management, labor and materials to provide structural PEMB design, furnish a pre-engineered metal building with a gabled roof structure within the footprint of an existing warehouse and erect using open shop labor for Christos Mar Thoma Church in North East Philadelphia.
Campbells Credit Union: Bank Branch Renovation
Napoli Construction coordinated design, furnished and installed this 3,120sf steel building for the Buena Municipal Utilities Authority. This building contained a 5-ton maintenance crane and mezzanine.
Camden New Waterfront Recycling Plant & Port, Design-Build
As design-build, construction managers, Napoli Construction is taking this 70′ tall building from “concept to keys”. This new 26,000SF, $2.5 million facility with mezzanine will allow the owner to continue producing high end theatrical products for Broadway and international clients. The facility will maintain 100% operating capacity during construction.
This project consisted of a 6,000sf renovation of offices, breakroom, locker rooms, and two sets of men’s and women’s restrooms. Finishes included 24” ceramic tile throughout the office space, storefront windows, kitchenette, new showers, plumbing fixtures, duct work and led lighting. Interior decoration was coordinated by Napoli construction to highlight corporate accents and wall hung artwork.
As the design-build construction manager Napoli constructed a building addition to accommodate new manufacturing processes (interior/exterior) Constructed temperature and humidity controlled laboratory and 2 story offices; Constructed 2 story maintenance and storage area.
Napoli Construction was hired by yet another returning client to partition a corner of warehouse space and erect mezzanine offices with laboratory and open research space on the ground floor. This complex design-build package included a humidity controlled climate chamber, waste water treatment and sedimentation systems and specialized floor coating with two coat primer, aggregate and top coat epoxy.
Napoli Construction provided the design and completed the renovation of their warehouse and interior spaces which were kept functional for employees and production during construction. On the spot field modifications and cost savings through value engineering were implemented.
