As design-build general contractor on this project, Napoli Construction coordinated the owners needs with a final product consisting of office, manufacturing and warehouse space. This $1.2 million, 15,000sf building contains an explosion proof room and integrates a production flow design to maximize productivity and space. An estimated $130,000 was saved in value engineering.
