Hajoca Gloucester

Napoli Construction constructed a 6000sf warehouse addition to Gloucester Plumbing Supply, attached between two1-story block buildings as well as a new 450sf two-position enclosed dock building. The new additions have 12” CMU bearing walls and wood trusses with asphalt shingle roof that match the existing construction type. The additions and existing space were fit out with new and retrofit LED lighting, convenience outlets, overhead doors and personnel doors. The buildings were visually tied together with freshly painted walls with an accent stripe and new soffit and roof trim.
