Napoli Construction was hired by yet another returning client to partition a corner of warehouse space and erect mezzanine offices with laboratory and open research space on the ground floor. This complex design-build package included a humidity controlled climate chamber, waste water treatment and sedimentation systems and specialized floor coating with two coat primer, aggregate and top coat epoxy.
