As design-build, construction managers, Napoli Construction is taking this 70′ tall building from “concept to keys”. This new 26,000SF, $2.5 million facility with mezzanine will allow the owner to continue producing high end theatrical products for Broadway and international clients. The facility will maintain 100% operating capacity during construction.
