Napoli Construction worked closely with the end user to relocate an existing wood molding Primer Line from an offsite location to the existing lumber yard. The new location required new electric, gas, sanitary and water service. The existing building was excavated 5” below the existing asphalt surface for a new 6,000sf slab on grade with stone base. A new CMU firewall at the perimeter of the space was built to separate the priming line operation from existing lumber storage use, all under the same roof. The new space has LED high bay lighting, gas fired unit heaters to maintain 50 degrees, circulating fans, insulated ceiling and walls, a stainless-steel utility sink, power and air drops for equipment as well as single unisex restroom, sanitary pump, water cooler and emergency shower/eyewash.
