This project is a 3-story, 75,000sf new defense facility housing 3 different Army entities. Napoli Construction was contracted to perform all quality control features for this project. This included preparing the Construction Quality Control Plan and submittal register (with more than 1000 submittals) reviewing and coordinating submittals, performing 3 phase inspections of work in place, heading coordination meetings and preparing daily reports. We were also responsible for overseeing all material and workmanship testing and resolution of any failed tests.
